Workshop Series Overview

This workshop is the third of four sessions in our Zine into the New Year series. Each week explores a different creative theme to guide reflection, storytelling, and artistic expression.

This week’s theme: Strength — an exploration of resilience, boundaries, power, and the quiet or fierce ways strength shows up in our lives.

Participants are welcome to attend a single session or join the full series.
