We are always looking for experienced and motivated Group Facilitators who share our commitment to providing holistic healing to women and children. Please complete this form to express your interest and help us determine if you're a great fit for our team.

Please Note

All facilitator roles at Facing Giants begin as part-time, contract-based positions. This allows us to build flexible programming while meeting the needs of families in our community. However, we strongly believe in growing from within. Successful facilitators who demonstrate commitment, creativity, and alignment with our mission may be considered for employment opportunities as programming expands and business capacity allows.

By joining our network, you’re not only leading groups—you’re helping shape a growing community resource designed to support women, children, and families. This is more than a role—it’s a step in rewriting cultural patterns that have silenced families for too long, forging a community where no child is left behind and empowerment is the legacy we build together.

Join Our Team as a Group Facilitator
