Cancellation Policy

We are honored to provide safe, private spaces where mothers and children can connect without outside distractions or requirements. To ensure the best experience for all families, please review the following standard booking policies before reserving your session: Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. If you need to reschedule, please do so through your confirmation email link or by contacting us directly. Arrival & Session Time Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled session. Sessions begin and end on time; late arrivals may shorten your session. Only families with a confirmed booking may enter the space. Use of Space Play & sensory rooms are designed for mothers and children ages 2–10 (unless otherwise noted). Children must be supervised by their parent/guardian at all times. Please treat the room, equipment, and supplies with care. Families may be responsible for damages caused by misuse. Health & Safety Out of respect for other families, please do not attend if you or your child are unwell. The rooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly, but families are encouraged to tidy up before leaving. Refunds Refunds are only issued for cancellations made with 48+ hours’ notice or if the session is canceled by our team. By booking a Play or Sensory Room session, you agree to these policies and help us maintain a safe, restorative space for all.
